All orders must be received by 2 pm on the Wednesday of each week to be delivered to you on the Friday (subject to Bank Holidays and days we cannot deliver). Sometimes, our partners may deliver your order on a Saturday. You may specifically opt for a Saturday delivery if that would be more convenient. Saturday deliveries may incur additional charges.
UK: MAINLAND UK
If you spend £50 or more, your order will be delivered free of charge to any address within the United Kingdom mainland. All deliveries will be made on Friday or Saturday depending on where you live.
UK: BRITISH ISLES
All orders to be delivered anywhere within the British Isles, but outside mainland United Kingdom will incur delivery charge.
OUTSIDE the UK:
We currently do not deliver orders outside the United Kingdom.
Our Returns policy is simple. We do not accept returns. If part of your order is damaged or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know as soon as possible. We do request photographic evidence and we’ll refund you the cost of the damaged items.
If the whole order is unsatisfactory, does not arrive or is lost in transit, please let us know. You will then have two options.
i. Request a refund or
ii. Request the whole order is sent out again.
LATE or MISSING REFUNDS:
It may take up to fourteen days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement or in your bank account. If you have still not received a refund after fourteen days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you have done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds will be based on the price at the time of purchase. All items bought in a sale will be refunded at the sale price.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or a letter to;

If your order was a gift and shipped directly to you then any refund will be paid to the account holder. To help us refund or replace the order as quickly as possible, all communication about a refund or a complaint must be made by the account holder.
