DELIVERY
At Food From Home, our promise is simple – order before 2pm from Monday to Thursday, and your groceries will be at your doorstep the very next day, anywhere in mainland UK. This guarantee excludes bank holidays and weekends. There might be the occasional Saturday surprise delivery, but it's not the norm and could come with a small fee.
UK: MAINLAND
Splurge a little! Free delivery on all orders over £200, right to your mainland UK address. Remember, our promise of next day delivery stands strong from Monday to Thursday, provided your order is placed before 2pm.
UK: BRITISH ISLES
Delivering within the British Isles but outside mainland UK? There might be a delivery charge. Contact us to find out more.
OUTSIDE THE UK:
Right now, we're not delivering happiness beyond the United Kingdom, but we're working on it!
LATE or MISSING REFUNDS:
Refunds can take up to 14 days to show on your credit card statement or in your bank account. If you haven't received a refund after 14 days, please follow these steps: Check your bank account again. Contact your debit/credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Reach out to your bank. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us at hello@foodfromhome.uk.
SALE ITEMS:
All refunds will be based on the price at the time of purchase. Items bought in a sale will be refunded at the sale price.
EXCHANGES:
