We use the best importers, distributors and wholesalers. We do not source the groceries, produce and other items ourselves. We find the best manufacturers and best organisations to partner with.
If at any time we find that our partners are working in an illegal, unsustainable or immoral way, we will immediately take steps to end our relationship with them and find alternative partners.
It is a case of whatever takes your fancy. We have taken the time to prepare boxes of the most popular grocery items, fruits and vegetables, snacks and savouries. So you can select a box and add items to suit you and your family’s evolving tastes.
Then based on your preference they will delivered to your door every week, two-weeks, three-weeks or four-weeks. If you want to create a shopping basket of your own items, just select what you want and save as a repeat order.
If you are waiting on an order to arrive, you can track your order using the tracking number and link with our delivery partners. If you have not received your order by Saturday 5pm, email us at email@example.com or call 0203 976 3755 and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, we will provide partial or full refunds if the goods are damaged or do not arrive.
All orders received by 12 noonon Wednesday of each week will be shipped on Thursday and should arrive by Friday or Saturday. On very rare occassions (Good Friday or Easter Monday, bank holidays and non-delivery days) your order will arrive on the next business day after Thursday.
An email containing your order details and a tracking link will sent to you. You can start tracking your order after 4pm on Thursdays.
